NIGERIAN CHICKEN FEAST
A celebration of some of NIgeria’s most beloved dishes and produce. Chicken on the bone marinated in Ene’s family secret suya spice mix then grilled then broiled in a flavourful homemade fresh tomato sauce. Served with Jolof rice; the most famous West African dish, Basmati rice cooked in a fresh tomato sauce rich in spice and flavour with a lingering smoky finish.
Fried sweet plantain and homemade red and white cabbage coleslaw also included.
VEGETARION FEAST - The chicken is replaced with grilled yams.
